Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA) Advocate
The Southeast Tennessee Development District has an opening for the position of CREVAA Advocate. This position will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the CREVAA program to eligible clients in the AAAD’s planning and service area of Southeast Tennessee. Responsibilities include accepting referrals, screening elder and vulnerable adult victims of crime for emergency and long-term services, education, outreach, data collection and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university and have at least one year of experience in social services, gerontology or closely related field, and at least one year of experience providing case management to clients.
